NINTENDO has a new console with a unique gimmick.
Nintendo has announced its new console, the Nintendo Switch, which possesses a unique feature: it can transition from being a traditional home console to a handheld portable device. This launch video explains how it works:
The Nintendo Switch also allows multiplayer gaming even when being used as a mobile device, and players with multiple Switch systems can link them to increase the number of players in a game.
“Nintendo Switch allows gamers the freedom to play however they like,” said Reggie Fils-Aime, President and COO of Nintendo of America. “It gives game developers new abilities to bring their creative visions to life by opening up the concept of gaming without boundaries.”
No release date for the Nintendo Switch has been announced.
